Our Firm assumes joint responsibility for representation of all clients.

Pursuant to the application laws, rules and regulations, we handle SSDI and SSI cases in all 50 States. We are not a law firm, however we do employ attorneys licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and we have referral affiliates in other States, depending on the laws, rules and regulations in each State.

Lawyer advertising rules do not apply to advocacy groups such as ours. However we do think it is important to share the lawyer advertising rules for each State that requires such disclosure.

Physical Location of Main Office

The Social Security Advocates, is an Advocacy Group with lawyers licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. As an Advocacy Group handling SSDI and SSI cases, we accept cases from all 50 States. Often we will obtain the assistance of local counsel in States outside of Massachusetts to assist us, should a case need to actually go to the Hearing stage or to Court. Often times SSDI cases include what is know as a third party case, which may require the assistance of a lawyer or law firm. Under those circumstances, we will obtain the permission of our client to send and/or refer the third party case to a lawyer and/or law firm that handles the type of third party case in question.

We are a marketing and advertising agency.  This website is in service for the exclusive purpose of connecting consumers searching for advocacy groups and/or lawyers to handle Social Security disability claims on their behalf.  We own this website, however all consumers who visit this website and fill out the web form on this website will be connected The Social Security Advocates, LLC or a participating lawyer..  We provide marketing and advertising services by way of a PPC campaign organized and run by us.

There is no obligation to any consumer submitting a form request on our website.  Our initial communication with ALL consumers that submit forms is free of charge.  If the consumer decides to retain our services in the future, the compensation paid to us will be based on a written fee agreement between a participating lawyer and the consumer.

Consumers that decide to hire a participating lawyer,  are advised that participating lawyers  have an agreement with us to provide them with marketing and advertising services.  And that the website www.socialsecurityoffice.com is used by us, only to generate new business for participating lawyers and not for any other purpose.

When a consumer fills out the web form on this website, his/her information is forwarded in real time to participating lawyers for the purpose of assisting the consumer with bringing a claim for Social Security disability.  Participating lawyers  review the information submitted by the consumer and determines based on the information whether there may be a valid claim to pursue.  Parrticipating lawyers send an auto-responder email in response to every submission received.  In some instances, there is not a valid case to pursue, and participating lawyers have no obligation tot follow up with consumers after the initial auto-responder email.  In other instances, if there appears to be a valid cases, participating lawyers will call or email the consumers and attempt to conduct a "new case intake."  Consumers have NO obligation to hire participating lawyers.  The submission of a web form to this website DOES NOT constitute a lawyer/client relationship, further the submission create NO obligation on the part of consumers or participating lawyers.  Participating lawyers will only follow up with consumers that it believes have valid claims.  The lack of follow up by participating lawyers does not necessarily mean that the consumer, who has not been followed up with, does not have a potentially valid claim.  Consumers should always follow up with other potential resources for hiring advocates and/or lawyers, if they wish to further pursue the claim.

In addition, each submitter of a webform  is assigned a private, secure online portal for their exclusive use (along with us).  The creation of a portal does create a lawyer/client relationship.  The creation of a portal is automated and it does not necessarily mean that we will accept your case.
